PUBLIC NOTICEREGION A PANHANDLE WATER PLANNING GROUPPRE-PLANNING PUBLIC MEETING FOR THE 2031 REGIONAL WATER PLANThe Region A Panhandle Water Planning Group (PWPG) will hold a public pre-planning meeting to receive suggestions and recommendations from the public concerning issues and provisions that deserve consideration during development of the 2031 Region A Regional Water Plan and the 2032 State Water Plan. The PWPG will also discuss its process for interregional coordination and collaboration regarding water management strategies during development of the 2031 Regional Water Plan.The pre-planning meeting will be held as part of the regularly scheduled Region A PWPG meeting.DATE AND TIME: Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 1:30 p.m.PHYSICAL LOCATION: Panhandle Regional Planning Commission, 415 SW 8th Avenue, Amarillo, Texas 79101ONLINE ACCESS: GoTo Meeting: https://meet.goto.com/817393101 PUBLIC COMMENT. Written comments will be accepted beginning upon publication of this notice and through the conclusion of the meeting.
