Joint Judiciary

The purpose of this meeting is to complete the Committee's interim work. The Committee will consider bill drafts addressing the Uniform Public Expression Protection Act, parole eligibility for escape from adult community correctional facilities, and vehicular homicide. The Committee will also discuss bill drafts related to the review of Title 6 and the criminal code, as well as a bill draft forwarded to the Committee by the Health Insurance Affordability Task Force. In addition, the Committee will receive updates from the University of Wyoming College of Law and the Wyoming Highway Patrol.<br /><br />The meeting will be held in person in Cheyenne and remotely with a live video stream available on the Legislature's Website (www.wyoleg.gov). A limited number of participants can sign up to provide public comment virtually for a specified agenda item during the Committee's upcoming meeting. The total amount of time dedicated to virtual public comment is set by the Committee Chairmen per Management Council Policy. Please fill out the public comment form to ensure the Committee knows you intend to provide public comment virtually.
