Join fellow Durham Democrats this Thursday for an open conversation about your canvassing experience. Whether you’ve knocked on hundreds of doors or just completed your first shift, this is a chance to connect, learn, and grow together. We’ll discuss what worked well, what challenges you faced, and share tips for having more effective conversations with voters. Hear how other volunteers personalize the script, navigate conversations with Democrats, independents, and undecided voters, and handle difficult or refusal conversations with confidence. This debrief is a supportive space to ask questions, exchange ideas, and learn from one another.
