As residents and fellows of Rutgers, you and your colleagues are building the people power necessary to win a strong contract! Consistently participating in bargaining together is one of the most effective ways to demand the stronger wages, better benefits, quality care, and respect that you and your co-Residents and Fellows deserve. We will gather together in caucus at 4:45pm sharp using this zoom link, so that your collective participation in negotiations is strong and unified at 5pm.
