Danville Weekly Canvassing & Phone Bank for MC - Mary Catherine Roberson for IL HD104

# Your Vote Counts More Than Ever‼️ If you ever thought your vote didn't matter, know that just **TWO** short years ago, IL HD104 came down to **269** certified votes. A district that spans Champaign and Vermilion counties and includes all of Danville, parts of Urbana, Savoy, Rantoul, and all the gorgeous farmland in between. A district that houses almost 60k registered voters; **two hundred sixty-nine votes.** ‼️2-6-9 ‼️ That means every single one of us is a conversation away from changing who represents this community, and a real conversation on someone's porch is proven to move *far* more voters than any ad, mailer, or cold text ever will — because it comes from someone they trust, not a stranger. ## Be Like MC: One of Us, Doing the Work These are our neighbors, the people we wave to, whose kids go to school with ours, who deserve better than what they're getting. This isn't a phone bank in some other state, it's your own block, where your knock matters more than almost anything else we could do. The energy is there. The votes are there. The time is now. Your neighbors just need someone they trust to ask them to show up. That's you. Bring your shoes and your excitement. We'll bring the map.
