**For nearly 240 years, the U.S. Constitution has shaped our country even as it has been actively amended, interpreted, challenged, and debated. Join us in Mountain View on National Constitution Day to reflect on this document which continues to influence our rights, our freedoms, and our responsibilities to each other.** Retired Santa Clara Superior Court Judge **LaDoris Cordell** will emcee the evening, which will feature amazing speakers and diverse voices reflecting our community: cinematographer of a critically acclaimed movie, community college president, bar association leader, local transit board chair, scientist, youth trailblazer, rabbi, artist, disability rights champion, local elected official, veteran, teacher, trans community leader, formerly incarcerated advocate, and more. : educators, scientists, artists, musicians, faith leaders, veterans, elected officials, civil rights advocates, labor organizers, attorneys, journalists, and youth leaders (even a 10-year-old!). Each will share a unique perspective on what the Constitution means to them. The evening will begin with light refreshments and conversation from **6:30–7:00 pm**, followed by the main program at **7:00 pm**. Please **RSVP** so we can make sure there’s **enough food** for everyone. Organized by [Blue Turn Indivisible](https://blueturnindivisible.org/) with support from [Indivisible Palo Alto Plus](https://indivisiblepaloaltoplus.org/)
