Spotlight on the Election - LWV Fairfax Area

On September 19, 2026, join LWV-Fairfax for a panel discussion of the three Virginia Constitution Amendments and the Fairfax County referendum that will be on the General Election ballot We will also explore how to increase voter participation in a mid-year election. This event is in honor of the anniversary of the Voting Rights Act of 1965. Leagues and partners will lead hundreds of activations across the country centered on increasing voter engagement, turnout, and education, with particular emphasis on young voters and community partnerships.
