ICE OUT Robertson County

Where: 507 S Brown St, Springfield, TN Gather: Every Monday - 8:30 AM (so we are in place before court convenes) Court starts: around 9:00 AM Court ends: between 10:30 and 11:00 AM Why this matters: ICE has stepped up enforcement in Robertson County. Families are being separated. Neighbors who have lived here for years are being pulled into deportation proceedings. Our presence at the courthouse, peaceful, visible, and consistent, does three things: * It tells the individuals walking in that they are seen and supported. * It tells their families that this community has their back. * It reminds local officials that Robertson County is watching. You do not need to stay the whole time. Even 20 minutes of presence in the morning matters. Bring water, comfortable shoes, and a sign if you have one. If you do not have a sign, come anyway. We often have extra signs. New folks are always welcome and you will find a community of people who care. We usually have extra signs and can bring a wheelchair if message me ahead of time.
