CEA Cut the Ropes | Field Calls

The primary purpose of our Cut the Ropes Field Calls is to connect union members, staff, and allies to build collective power, share critical information, and mobilize action. Unlike general mass emails or flyers, field calls are personal, two-way conversations that allow CEA to: - Educate members on campaign goals (e.g., targets, door-knocking, phone-banking, etc.). - Listen to members’ concerns, questions, and priorities. - Identify levels of support, potential leaders, and specific issues that matter to individuals. - Activate members to participate in concrete actions related to Prop NN. Crucially, field calls are not just about broadcasting a message, they are organizing tools that strengthen relationships and build a sense of shared ownership in the campaign.
