Signs of Fascism Display

Signs of Fascism has arrived in Mt. Vernon! Join us for a sign-holding event like this: https://www.facebook.com/reel/1482852396361242 This is NOT a typical protest; it is Street Theater. We need 20 cast member volunteers to stand stoically with a sign for 1 hour. Remain silent. Dress in ALL Black and use only the signs provided from our set of Signs of Fascism. Hold the sign perpendicular to the street. A black hat with a brim and sunglasses are OK and make standing in the sun more comfortable for your eyes. I will come early to mark standing spots so we are spaced appropriately for dramatic effect. Instructions will be reviewed on site. These will be held monthly in different areas around Mount Vernon. I will update the next location after each Street Theater event. Join us for as many as you like. PLEASE DO NOT share this event on Facebook or other general social media. We will appear for 1 hour of somber silence reminding passers by of what our grandparents fought for.
