CCDP Voter Transportation Assistance Volunteer

Would you be willing to offer transportation for those in your precinct needing a ride to vote in this election? We are looking for individuals willing to offer their time to pick up individuals in their Precinct or neighboring Precinct. Take them to their Early Voting and/or Election Day polling sites to cast their vote and return them home. We are uncertain of any type of compensation at this time. We are exploring organizations offering compensation and will refer you to them once identified. This election is crucial and we cannot afford to not properly plan and organize for a strong turnout here in Cumberland County. Training will be provided. Contacts for transportation will be communicated from our Transportation Dispatch Location. You can volunteer for as few or as many shifts as you are able. *Do note, that the early voting schedule has not yet been released. Therefore, hours of operation may shift some. We will communicate and make adjustments as soon as the schedule, times and locations are affirmed*
