All who share our values are welcome. #### Our Mission Statement NE Oakland Indivisible is a non-partisan, grassroots group of community members coming together to - reject authoritarianism and defend democracy - promote policies that uplift the many rather than the few - be a presence in our community for those who share our values We will demonstrate, educate and advocate in NE Oakland County, MI. And to the best of our abilities, we will hold our leaders accountable for their actions. United by our values, we aim to build a more just, inclusive and engaged Oakland County. _A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values._
