West Bay Blue Wave is part of the Indivisible network and the national Visibility Brigade network. We will meet weekly on Saturday mornings to share our positive messages about democracy and the rule of law in America with motorists in the Ocean State. Bring signs, flags, noisemakers and POSITIVE, PEACEFUL energy!
