About this event
Mass demonstrations like ๐ซ๐ No Kings prove one thing beyond doubt: the people are AWAKE and FIRED UP! ๐ฅ But rallying in the streets is just the beginning. The real power comes from what we do after the march. Research shows that no movement with 3.5% of the population in continuous mobilization has ever failed ๐ โ but only when they go beyond demonstrations into mass noncooperation, noncompliance, and strategic action that dismantles the pillars holding up authoritarianism. That's exactly what we're here to build. ๐ ๏ธ Come learn the organizing skills we wish we had known from the start โ and let's transform that protest energy into lasting, unstoppable change. ๐ช ๐๐ค Every week, we feature guest speakers and training on topics like: ๐ก๏ธ How to Protest Safely
๐ Immigrant Rights
๐ชถ Indigenous History
๐ Cybersecurity
โ Community Organizing Tactics
and much more! ๐ About Solidarity Warriors:
We're an action-focused, Indivisible group ๐ฅ born after the November election and proud lead organizers of No Kings 2 in Denver ๐๏ธ. We're people from across the nation โ many in Colorado โ united by one commitment: action over grievance. ๐ฏ We don't just talk about what's wrong โ we plan, organize, and partner with marginalized communities to make things right. โ๐ฝ ๐จ Come ready to answer one question: What are YOU going to DO?
๐ Join us. The movement needs you. ๐ฝโ๐ฅ *A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.*
