Join Democracy Defenders of Del Mar's weekly rally to stop the Trump takeover. Raise awareness about current threats to our democracy. Each week we bring bold signs proclaiming our concerns. No profanity please! We meet in light rain or shine. Heads Up! We will have donation boxes on June 6 for our monthly food drive. Most needed items are: Ready-to-eat meals like canned soup or pasta. Meal ingredients like Hamburger Helper Cooking oils, condiments, and spices. Canned protein like tuna, chicken, and spam Peanut butter, Cereal. Sorry, no glass. Thank you! Come to the rally then head to the Farmers Market or the beach! *A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.*
