Equal Ground invites all partners and community leaders to join us for our monthly leadership series, held on First Fridays at 6:00 PM. As we gear up for a critical 2026 electoral season, we are looking for more than just volunteers; we need organized, empowered captains ready to build grassroots power across Florida. This Train the Trainer session is designed to equip you with everything you need to host successful phone banks and door-knocking canvasses within your own network. We will walk you through the logistics of setting up events, best practices for managing a team, and the technical side of using tools like ThruTalk and MiniVAN. By stepping into this leadership role, you multiply our reach and ensure our communities are truly heard at the ballot box.
