Postcard Writing with Swing Left Marin at Book Passage

Join us at the Book Passage to write postcards to Get Out the Vote for the mid-terms. We work with Reclaim Our Vote, Activate America, and Postcards to Swing States to boost turnout among Democrats and progressive Independents. Postcards (in packs of 25) are $2 (suggested donation) and stamps are .65 cents each that we ask our writers to provide. However, we also have many folks who donate to help cover postcard and stamps for those who can't afford it so if you want to write, please join us. We also have "student" postcard packs, free to students or those on fixed incomes which includes 5 postcards with stamps so spread the word to all of the young folks in your life. Over the past 9 years, we've written over 700K postcards, increasing progressive voter turnout by up to 1.5%. Since losing the presidential race in 2024 we've written over 80K postcards, helping to win governor races in NJ and VA, and turning/keeping the PA and WI Supreme Courts with liberal majorities. The postcards we write now will be held to mail in October closer to the Nov 3, 2026 mid-term elections. We hope you'll join us to make this the most historic mid-term election turnout ever.
