Sokoto House and the lowercase leaders are hosting another Completely Free Community Market, and we’re looking for volunteers to help make it a success! This market is a community-centered event where neighbors can shop for items they need at absolutely no cost, in a dignified and welcoming environment. Volunteer Roles & Schedule: Friday, September 18 | 9AM-6PM Volunteers are needed to help set up the space, sort and separate donated items, and organize clothing, household goods, and other donations Saturday, September 19 | 9AM-6PM Volunteers will help with distributing items during the market, assisting community members as they shop, keeping the space organized and welcoming, and providing general support as needed throughout the day Whether you can help for a few hours or the full day, your time and energy will make a meaningful impact.
