St. Philip's College Voter Registration Event

Are you serious about turning the tide in Texas? Are you tired of sitting on the sidelines and ready to make a difference? ___ All volunteers are welcome! *HOWEVER*, to *register voters* at this event, you **MUST** be a certified Volunteer Deputy Registrar (**VDR**) in at least **Bexar County**. If you're interested in becoming a Volunteer Deputy Registrar, you can take our [VDR Training](https://www.mobilize.us/poweredxpeople/event/908495/). ### How to prepare: If this is your first time volunteering with Powered by People, please sign up for our quick [**New Volunteer Zoom Training**](https://www.mobilize.us/poweredxpeople/event/908390/)! This will help you get up to speed with how we run events and how to use REACH. Then, review our [**REACH Guide**](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1hgXy1A-xYafd4donvC18mGerT05S2yXICe5TLCX2hSE/edit?tab=t.0) as it has helpful information on using REACH in the field. ___ ### Where we'll be: **PARKING** Lot 4 or Lot 13 - or anywhere not marked as Administration parking. **MEETING LOCATION** St. Phillip's College Turbon Student Center (inside) 1801 Martin Luther King Dr, San Antonio, TX 78203 ___ ### What to bring: Please bring your **fully charged phone** with REACH installed, water, and comfortable shoes. If you are a *Volunteer Deputy Registrar*, please bring your **VDR number** for Bexar County (and any nearby counties where you have VDR reciprocity). Clipboards, pens, voter registration forms, and other materials will be provided at the event, but feel free to bring your own just in case.
