IND Cobb - "This is NOT Normal!" Monthly Support Group meeting

Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disheartened by what’s happening in the United States? You’re not alone — and you’re not overreacting. Many of us are looking around and thinking, “This isn’t normal.” This support group is a safe, compassionate space for people who are worried about the direction of the country and unsure where to turn. Led by a trained facilitator, we will offer guided conversations where you can share your concerns, connect with others who feel the same, and begin to process what you're experiencing — without judgment or pressure. You don’t need to have all the answers. You just need a place to start. So, please join us every 2nd Tuesday of the month for whatever it is you need in this moment. We are in this together.
