About this event
Join the ACLU of Indiana's advocacy team for a series of in-depth trainings on organizing. Learn how to build power in your community. Get the skills you need to take action in your own community. This training is designed for ACLU-IN volunteers, but is open to all. These trainings are virtual and happen every other month. Each training will cover a different topic and will teach distinct advocacy skills. The topics to be covered are: Legislative Advocacy (January), Canvassing (March), Phone Banking and Tabling (May), Voter Mobilization (July), and Get Out the Vote (September). Each month a training is offered, the same training will be available at a 12pm and 6pm time slot (EST), and every month the training topics will change.
