This is a place to ground ourselves, connect, and learn gentle practices for moving through political pain. We are here, poised to persevere. Facilitated by: Lisa Frechette, MA, M.Ed & Ian Bland, BA, CT You don’t need to prepare anything or know anything—just bring yourself. We’ll talk, share, and learn ways to care for ourselves and each other in the face of big challenges. Every second Saturday of the month!
