Gila Dems Office Scheduling June Only

## ATTENTION Important Notice from our Office Coordinator Mobilize has some features for volunteer data collection that we want to use going forward. To have those features available, we've needed to create a new Mobilize "event", which means a new link and QR code. We will cut over to use the new one on all shifts occurring in July and onward. To accommodate that change, I've deleted the existing shifts after June 28. Those shifts are now in the new event. What that means for volunteers is as follows: -- You''re at the right place if signing up for an upcoming June shift -- [https://www.mobilize.us/gilacountydems/event/439751/](https://www.mobilize.us/gilacountydems/event/439751/) -- Use this link if signing up for a shift in July or beyond -- [https://www.mobilize.us/gilacountydems/event/972786/](https://www.mobilize.us/gilacountydems/event/972786/) -- If you're using one of the office shift business cards, you'll need to get a new one as soon as we can get it printed and onto the office desk. The new card will have the new event link and its QR code. -- If you accidentally use the wrong link for the signup date you have in mind, you simply won't see that shift listed and you'll know to use the other link. After June, we'll delete the older website and that potential confusion won't be an issue. Thank you for being a valuable part of our efforts. ## END OF NOTICE We're looking for volunteers to be Office Greeters. Gila County Democratic Party office support scheduling. If you would like to support our office, sign up here for 2 hour shifts. There will be 2 people on each shift. In the interim between the 2022 and 2024 elections, we have been open for business on Saturdays only from 10-2. We are now adding shifts a few at a time. See available shift signups for details. THANK YOU!
