About this event
📅 Dates: Thursday, October 22 · Thursday, October 29 · Thursday, November 5, 2026 ⏰ Time: 6pm-7pm MST
📍 Location: Zoom (link sent after you sign up) 🔥 We are ramping up to DEFEND DEMOCRACY and we need YOU! 🔥 We've spent the last two years building power across rural Arizona. We've trained volunteers in organizing skills, registered voters, knocked doors, and shown up for our communities. Now it's time to answer the call! Sign up once and you're in for all three of our Democracy Defense Mass Calls. Why This Work Matters: Our vote is our voice, and no one gets to take it from us. Every eligible voter deserves to cast their ballot, and every valid ballot deserves to be counted. The fight doesn't end when the polls close. It goes all the way through certification, and we're going to be there every step of the way! When our communities show up together, organized and ready, we WIN. 💪 What's Involved: Three calls. One team. Everyone ready.
🗣️ Call 1, "Meeting the Moment" (Oct 22): Kick things off with Election Protection volunteers and Democracy Defense Teams from Cochise, Pinal, and Yuma. Learn the plan and claim your spot on your county team!
🛡️ Call 2, "De-escalation + Scenarios" (Oct 29): Get trained and ready for anything. Walk through real Election Day situations, learn exactly what your role is, and find out how our Response Team activates Democracy Defense Teams when it counts.
🏛️ Call 3, "After-Election Plan" (Nov 5): Come together after the election, then get ready to PACK THE ROOM at Board of Supervisors meetings and demand they certify the results, as is their duty to us, their constituents! Missed a call? No problem! Sign up anyway and we'll send you the recording so you can jump right in. 🙌 Faith leaders, nonprofit leaders, club presidents: bring your people! This is a moment for all of us. ✨This is nonpartisan, lawful, and peaceful work. Every eligible voter. Every valid ballot. Every county certifies.
