About this event
The National Day Laborer Organizing Network (NDLON) is calling on the public to Adopt a Day Labor Corner. Please join us for a workshop and conversation on how to Adopt a Day Labor Corner. Come and make a plan for how to show up in person, nonviolently, with courage, with love, and with urgency for our immigrant neighbors. What to expect: 1. A deeper understanding of the day laborer community and why now is the moment to stand with our community
2. Simple and clear instructions on how to “Adopt” a day labor corner
3. Tips and ideas for coordination and next steps
4. Ideas for moving your solidarity beyond the corner
5. Resources to support you and your team We’re looking forward to connecting with all of you. Let’s keep building, together. — The NDLON Organizing Team
