5K4Jkt -- Virtual

Join JKT for Gov VIRTUALLY for a race as we continue to build momentum and run towards the November 3rd finish line and a revitalized public education system. If you aren't able to make the day of race in Anchorage, run a 5k or run/walk 1.4 miles from the comfort of your hometown and on your own time! Once you register, you will be added to a groupchat of other virtual racers across Alaska. Connect with fellow JKT supporters, share you race time and route, and join in on the fun! Want to sign up for the Anchorage IN PERSON race or DONATE–use this link: https://secure.actblue.com/donate/5k4jkt Frequently Asked Questions: Why 1.4 miles and not 1 mile? We’re running 1.4 miles to represent the turnover metric of 1400 - 1600 teachers leaving the state every year.
