2 for Texas--Come Listen and Talk with Kristin Hook and Shelly Nickels

Kristin is a biologist. Shelly is a medical doctor. During the COVID pandemic, Kristin was working at the National Institutes of Health while Shelly was caring for patients in the hospital. They know science and medicine. They understand how disease progresses and how government policy fails. They’re the kind of people we need in Austin and Washington, D.C., where science and health care have been undermined by the current administrations. We need smart, tough people in those places to show tired old legislators how to make policy for the people. Come for a casual afternoon at a neighborhood home, where they talk and you talk.
