Durham County Senior Democrats November Meeting

Please join the Durham County Senior Democrats at our next meeting on: 🗓️ Friday November 13 🕑 10 - 11:30 am 📍 South Regional Library, 4505 S Alston Ave Durham, NC 27713 We will be collecting food for two Durham Elementary schools. Please bring as many of the listed items as you can to the November meeting in a reusable grocery bag, which facilitates delivery to the school and to the homes of those in need. Here is the list of goods that we ask you to bring. One or all, just please stick to the list. These are the items that will go into the bags: 1 lb bag rice 1 lb bag dried pinto or black beans 1 lb box spaghetti noodles 1 box Chicken Helper 1 can 16 oz spaghetti sauce (no glass jars, can purchase in cans at the Dollar General) 1 container dry Parmesan cheese 2 12.5 oz cans white meat chicken 3 cans vegetables (corn, green beans, mixed vegetables) 3 cans Campbell's tomato or chicken noodle soup 2 cans canned pasta (Spaghetti, ravioli) 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup 1 box instant oatmeal or grits 1 box granola or cereal bars 2 cans canned fruit (peaches, pears, mixed fruit) 1 six pack individual serve applesauce or fruit cups 1 plastic container peanut butter 1 plastic container jelly
