About this event
Join us on **October 20 from 12 pm-1 pm at the Flagpole** to demand an AI FREEZE! We’ll gather with fellow students, professors, community members, and allies, with a few speakers sharing their testimony about how unregulated AI has impacted our lives, jobs, communities, and futures – and we’ll call for an immediate freeze on AI development now. Because we, the people, deserve a **say, a stake, and basic safety,** and we need to determine the future of this dangerous, powerful technology – not leave it to a handful of Big Tech CEOs. Our educational institutions should not be supporting the corporations eliminating our future jobs! Bring your signs and your friends!
