People Powered Measure S Volunteer Canvass

VOLUNTEER FOR YES ON PROP S! 💚 What Measure S Does: Measure S creates balanced protections that strengthen community stability by: - Cap annual rent increases at 3% for covered homes. - Protect renters from unjust evictions, harassment, and unsafe living conditions. - Protect residents of mobile home parks from displacement. -Prevent homelessness and keep families in their homes. This is a balanced approach that protects residents while respecting responsible landlords. A stable San Pablo is a safer San Pablo. Our community is strongest when families can remain in their homes, children stay in the same schools, seniors can age in place, and neighbors continue looking out for one another. Measure S will reduce homelessness and displacement of families in San Pablo by limiting rent increases to an amount that is fair to both tenants and landlords and by preventing evictions without a reason. Join us in San Pablo as we knock doors, talk with our neighbors, and build support for Prop S and safe, stable, affordable housing. 📅 Every Weekend until Election Day Tuesday, November 3rd. 📍 Sign up for details ⏰ Time: 10:00-2pm No experience needed — training, materials, and everything you need will be provided!
