Ward 8 - the People's Pulse Canvass

**The general election is right around the corner, and we are back on the streets!** Join Team JLG in Ward 8 as we knock on voters' doors and chat with them on the streets to remind them to cast their ballots in November! We will also be encouraging voters to complete [**The People's Survey**](https://janeesefordc.com/survey/), where they can voice their opinions about the most pressing issues in DC, from housing to childcare to transportation. What voters share with the Janeese campaign will inform the first 100 days in office. Come out and help us reach our goal of 2,000 survey responses by Nov. 3rd! We'll meet at Congress Heights Metro Station - if you need to arrive past the start time, please email or text to let us know! Wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather! We'll plan to be outside for about 2-3 hours.
