Fun planning meeting!

Monday 10/19, 5:30-7pm at the Beaverton City Library! We will be having a fun meeting… writing the last of the postcards to voters in swing states (bring gel pens if you have some!) and doing sign making to remind people to get their ballots in..mailed or at a drop box. There will be some sign making material available, bring any you have to use/share! We are encouraging people to hold these signs everywhere…at a protest, on a busy street, in your neighborhood (maybe as a yard sign). We will have a short planning meeting for November/December events; you can do your sign making and postcard writing as we meet. Plans for a forum, and rallies soon in response to the planned public execution, to put pressure on leaders to stop it. Please come with other ideas and ideas for fundraising. Bring snacks to share! *A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.*
