About this event
The Crawford Dems are joining Downtown Driftless PDC for the annual Halloween decorating and Tricks or Treats along Blackhawk Avenue! Businesses on Blackhawk are encouraged to decorate their storefronts, and hand out candy to all the ghosties and ghouls following the kids costume contest. We'll also be able to encourage parents who stop with their kids to be sure to vote November 3. So plan to participate -- dress up in your creative costumes and have some fun handing out candy (and maybe eating a piece or two yourself!).
