Medway DTC Election Day Visibility Tent

Join us on November 3rd to staff our visibility tent outside the polls at Medway Middle School. We are there when the polls open until the polls close. A few of us stay to hear the unofficial results read after we pack up. That's a lot of hours, so sign ups are important to make sure that every hour is covered. It's more fun with more people, so share this with friends and sign up for as many shifts throughout the day as you'd like. Responsibilities are minimal and this is typically an exciting and energizing event. We have signs you can hold. And we also have chairs in the shade if you just want to join us for a bit. There is always a collection of Halloween candy and other goodies to keep us going. Committee members, if you are able, please commit to at least an hour, or join us for set up or clean up. Do you lean blue, but you're not a member? You are very welcome to join us. We would love your help! Set up will begin at 6:45 and should only take about 15 minutes. Clean up begins near the end of the 7:00 pm shift. There is no separate shift for clean up. If you can't help with clean up, you can still sign up for that shift. Signing up for that shift does not require you to clean up.
