Pinellas School Board Meetings + Our Community Meetings

**Join SEE Alliance and Families for Strong Public Schools at the PCSB meetings, with community meetings held either before or after for both.** - 10/20 Board Workshop (9:30AM - Unknown) - 10/20 Strategy Session (12:30 - 2PM) - 10/27 Strategy Session (3-4:30PM) - 10/27 Board Meeting (w/ a community rally beforehand at 4:30PM) ***Sign up for all or whichever you'll be able to make it to. The 10/27 Board Meeting is where the final vote on Sexton's fate will take place*** During both of our community meetings, we will come together as a community to solidify our urgent game plan and build more momentum around what will be a catalyst for Pinellas schools. Sexton Elementary anchors a continuous public-school pathway: our children move from Sexton to neighboring Meadowlawn Middle and on to Northeast High; one feeder pattern, without disruption. Closing Sexton is a sign of an issue that goes beyond Sexton Elementary and is bound to have long-lasting to communities all over. We have seen the destabilization of public schools sweep our state and now it is knocking right on our door.
