It's Up to Us: Early Vote Phone Bank - Mondays

It’s up to us to make sure every voter in our community has a plan to make their voice heard! Join Indivisible Ogle County for our virtual Get Out the Early Vote phone bank. We will be reaching out to local voters to ensure they know when, where, and how to cast their ballot early and share information regarding endorsed candidates Paul Nolley and Julianna Stratton. Whether you’re a seasoned caller or phone banking for the first time, we’ll start with a brief training, walk through the script together, and support each other live on Zoom while we make calls. ## Before You Join: Required Tech & Setup To ensure a smooth experience, please complete these two steps before the event begins: Create an ActionID Account: Our calling platform uses ActionID to secure your account and save your progress. If you don't already have one, please create an account ahead of time at VAN ActionID Login. - Directions will be sent upon sign up. Prepare Two Devices: For the best phone banking experience, you will need two separate devices: Device 1 (Laptop, Tablet, or Computer): To log into Zoom for our team check-in, live support, and to view the call script/voter list. Device 2 (Cell Phone): To make the phone calls. ## What to Expect First 15–20 Mins: Welcome, ActionID check-in, and quick training on the script. 45–60 Mins: Live phone banking with the group (on mute in Zoom, but with chat/support available if you have questions).
