The Day After: Takeaways from the Frontlines

With some emerging clarity, let’s assess where the nation is. The Day After the Midterms, it’s imperative for us to begin to understand what voters have said. And what this means for the landscape of not only our politics, but what our political parties can imagine themselves being. Most Common Power volunteers will be traveling home from the field, we’ll all be tired, and we will be very much still assessing the landscape. Some of us might even be staying behind or joining the post-election shift to ballot cure and respond to any threats, shenanigans, or immediate needs. But we know how important it is to be together.
