University of Minnesota Unity Break!

After a year at the bargaining table the University of Minnesota still hasn't made an offer that reflects our 24/7 contributions to patient care. Management is stalling in the hopes that we will give up, lose interest, and settle for a weak contract that perpetuates financial insecurity for current and future residents and fellows. We need to keep the public pressure on to show we will not accept less than we deserve! SAVE THE DATE and join your colleagues on November 17th for a Unity Break - a coordinated break for about 30 minutes where residents collectively meet outside the hospital to rally for a fair contract. More details on exact time and location will be shared soon!
