Bus to Troy Jackson Canvass in Maine: Woburn

Join fellow MTA members to canvass in Kennebunk for Troy Jackson to be the next Senator for Maine. Troy will stand with educators to move this country in the right direction. This is not the time for despair; it is the time to stand up and take action. Our democracy and public institutions are under siege, especially public education and educators. The federal government is attacking what is taught in your class while stripping vital services and protections from our most at-risk kids. All this is happening as cost-of-living increases cut into your paychecks while the billionaire class gets tax cuts. You can help stop these attacks. Susan Collins could stand up against these policies, but she chooses not to. We need someone in office with the backbone to stand up for our kids and educators. We will be joined by our good friends of the Maine Education Association.
