LATE RUSH HOUR RALLY for EARLY VOTES - FQ Story!

We’re bringing our message to the captive audience of cars that backs up for many blocks every Friday afternoon, as drivers crawl towards the I-10W entrance ramp. We’re meeting up on the west side of 7th Ave between Lynnwood and Willetta. Please bring your short, apolitical posters that persuade people to vote early (rather than talk of candidates or parties). Simple messages to vote early is powerful too! Bring a chair if it’s best for you. Grab your water bottle and meet us here. The energy will be really high just days from Election Day! There’s plenty of street parking in the neighborhood. A core principle behind all Desert Democracy events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.
