## BUFFALO: We deserve better. **The Buffalo Public School district plans to submit a school closure proposal to the Board of Education for its review and approval.**
This proposal will affect 8 schools, 100+ jobs, and countless students.
We believe **quality, affordable, and accessible education is a human right** - and that **students, parents, and educators deserve transparency and dignity in this potentially MASSIVE change.** Citizen Action of NY is organizing for better education and childcare in Western New York. Join us to: * Plan and prepare for upcoming Board of Education meetings * Connect with other families facing crises in education access * Fight together for a fully funded education system
