The WECARE Fellowship invites you to join Communities of Practice, a 90-minute peer-learning space created for direct care workers to connect, share, learn, and strengthen our work together. Each session brings direct care workers together to share experiences, exchange practical ideas, ask questions, and explore topics that matter in our day-to-day work. This is a peer-focused space that recognizes the knowledge, skills, and expertise care workers already bring to the job.
