VEA Pre-Legislative Workshops & Budget and Resolutions Hearings VEA’s Office of Government Relations and Research will host three virtual Pre-Legislative Workshops from November through December 2026. The one-hour workshops will provide members/local leaders with important information and resources as we prepare for the 2027 Virginia General Assembly Session. Topics will include: - VEA’s Legislative Agenda - Legislative messaging and advocacy - Lobby Day logistics and preparation Please register for the date that works best for your schedule. You are welcome to attend more than one session; however, the same materials will be presented at each session. The VEA Budget and Resolutions Hearings provide association leaders with an opportunity to gain feedback, ideas, and recommendations that will help inform the development of VEA’s FY 2027–28 Budget and proposed changes to VEA Resolutions.
