Cumberland County Commissioner Forum

Join us for a nonpartisan County Commissioners Forum designed to help voters become more informed before casting a ballot. County Commissioners have a hand in everything you care about on the local level, such as: funding for public health department, parks and libraries, where you can vote, and if there’s a data center in your backyard. Hear directly from candidates as they discuss the issues, priorities and challenges facing our county. You will have an opportunity to learn more about the candidates' perspectives, experiences, and vision for the community. Hosted by Common Cause NC and Fayetteville Freedom For All. This is a non-partisan event that aims to empower voters to learn about the importance of local elections and the candidates running for office. Additional Information: ALL Cumberland residents will have the ability to vote for 2 At-Large Commissioner candidates. Additionally, residents residing in District 1 will have the ability to vote for 2 District 1 candidates.
