Join the League of Women Voters of the CSRA for a special Turnout Tuesday: Democracy Carnival at Allen Homes on Tuesday, October 20, from 5:00–7:30 PM! We’re bringing neighbors and families together for an evening of voter education, intergenerational games, food, and community fun. GET VOTE READY! We’ll explore what’s on the November ballot, including Georgia’s three proposed constitutional amendments, the offices up for election, and the candidates running for those positions. Learn what YES and NO votes mean on the amendments and how decisions made by elected officials affect everyday life. FUN FOR ALL AGES! Enjoy activities that bring generations together, including: * Democracy Bingo * Mock Election * Spin-the-Wheel Trivia * Other interactive games and activities CARNIVAL FOOD! Enjoy hot dogs, chips, drinks, and frozen treats while connecting with neighbors and learning about the election. Everyone is welcome! This free, nonpartisan community event is open to all Richmond County residents—not just Allen Homes residents. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Come for the food and fun, stay for the conversation, and leave ready to make informed choices this election season!
