Eastside GOTV Canvass with Reenergize Our Area Roots (ROAR)

Join Team Shannon, Reenergize Our Area Roots (ROAR) and Millie Vaughan on Saturday, Oct 31, as we connect directly with voters across Eastside Columbus to encourage support for Amy Acton ahead of the November 3rd General Election. This is one of the most important ways you can make an impact. Volunteers will use our door-knocking app, MiniVAN, to reach voters at the door, share important election information, and introduce them to Amy Acton, the Democratic candidate for Governor of Ohio. Whether you’re new to canvassing or have experience, we’ll make sure you’re fully prepared. Each session includes a brief training, a clear script, and support from our team so you feel confident every step of the way. What you’ll need: A smartphone, a portable charger, and a willingness to connect with your community Why it matters: Elections are decided by the voters we reach. Every door you knock helps ensure more people have the information they need to participate—and helps build the path to victory. Join us, bring a friend, and be part of the team working to deliver leadership that shows up and gets results for Columbus. Let’s get to work.
