Voterfest 3 - App State

Join Indivisible High Country, Indivisible Neers, Repairers of the Breach, Down Home Watauga and Immigrant Justice Coalition for a march to vote early at the App State University Plemmons Student Union. The March will start at 5:30 pm on the grass in front of Howard Street Hall and circle around campus for less than 1 mile. The march ends with everyone lining up to vote at 6:15 pm. MPORTANT: Bring your valid ID with you in order to vote. IDs that will be accepted for voting include a NC drivers license, your U.S. passport, a printed App State ID or a military ID. Please note, the digital version of the App State ID card will not be accepted, you must have a printed version. Students, faculty and staff may apply for a printed version by sending an email any time to: appcardoffice@appstate.edu and asking for a voter ID. You may also visit the AppCard office on the second floor of the campus bookstore and request a voter ID in person. Parking is free and available to the public on Howard Street and at the College Street Parking Deck at 5:30 pm. Look for Indivisible High Country Safety Marshals and they will help direct you to parking and the start of the march. Let's do our part to set a new record for the most early votes in U.S. history. Please bring signs that encourage voting. This is a non-partisan event. All participants are expected to adhere to principles of non-violence and de-escalation.
