Volunteer for Home Deliveries

Volunteer to deliver boxes of groceries to homebound neighbors in our Portland community. In collaboration with Wayside Food Programs, Food Not Bombs has a regular list of individuals who we deliver groceries to twice a month. You'll meet at Wayside Food Programs, help pack a medium-sized van with boxes, and ride in (or drive) the van with another volunteer on a set route to make the drop-offs. A great way to meet your neighbors and sustain food security. No car needed! Time commitment is 8:15 - 10:45 am on 1st and 3rd Friday mornings. Sign up for just one and see how it goes or sign up for a bunch!
