About this event
Join us on October 20 from 12 to 1:30 at Mason Square to kick off our walkout! We’ll gather with fellow students, community members, and allies, with 3-4 speakers sharing their testimony about how unregulated AI has impacted our lives, jobs, communities, and futures – and we’ll call for an immediate freeze on AI development now. Because we the people deserve a say, a stake, and basic safety. We need to determine the future of this dangerous, powerful technology – not just a handful of Big Tech CEOs. Bring your signs and your friends!
