Let's Get Out the Vote

Your voice matters, and your vote is one of the most powerful ways to make that voice heard. Voting is more than simply checking a box—it is an opportunity to take part in shaping the future of your community, your family, and your country. Every election gives us a chance to have a say in the decisions that affect our daily lives. Taking the time to learn about the candidates and issues, make a plan, and cast your ballot is a meaningful way to participate in our democracy and ensure your voice is counted. We need volunteers to help us send this message. Every Saturday in October we are canvassing and phone banking to help our Democrat candidates win. We start at 9:30 with the first canvassers. If you can't come til after lunch, no worries, the second group typically goes out around noon. If you have never done this before, don't worry, we'll pair you up with someone experienced. If you want to go out during the week, that's available too. Phone banking can even be done from your home. There are lots of opportunities to help.
